284.8 this morning, exactly 25 pounds lost in 33 days.
Drank a ton of water yesterday to eliminate the gain from the day before.

Laborday Weekend
Was down to 290.6, and splurged all weekend - ended up with almost a 10 pound gain - not doing that again.

HCG Day 17






Weight this a.m. was 291.6. To be honest, I did not expect much of a loss as 1) body is still recovering from eating out and cheating 2) I ate alot of really salty stuff yesterday, and can feel the water retention.
I'm actually surprised at the weight, as I expected a gain.

I did go for a walk around the lake yesterday - which would have been wonderful, except it was 107 degrees outside. I needed to get out and about through. Took a long walk with the puppy, and to my surprise, the 6 month old puppy wore out before I did. That's a 1st.

We've been suffering a historic drought - and the water's about 13-15 feet lower that it should be. You can see from the pictures above the new emerging islands, and where the water level used to be. The fence used to be compeltely submerged, except for the top 2 feet.

HCG Day 15 & 16

Did not have time to post yesterday due to my music students, and other visitors that stopped by. Yesterday was interesting, I ate out for the first time since starting the diet due to having to celebrate my MIL's birthday.

We went to this small Italian place, that only had 1 healthy item on the whole menu. It was a struggle, but I opted for the salad with grilled chicken. ... did eventually break down an have 1 stuffed mushroom and 1 slice of pizza. With that said, it's more control than I've ever been able to show at that place. Typically I'd have 4-5 slices of pizza, rolls, 1/2 the order of mushrooms, lots of creamy sauce and cheese. Although I admit to cheating, I've come a long way in changing how I eat. I left feeling great, and everyone got up from the table miserable and stuffed.

Saturday morning I woke with a .6 gain, which was surprising; however, I realized that I did not drink enough water Friday night between the work day and teaching students that evening.
Yesterday, I stayed hydrated all day, and even with eating out and my cheat, I saw a 1.8 loss this morning. Gotta to remember water, water, water!!!

Today is study day, I have several paper's to school. For the last year, on Sunday's when I'd study, I'd stress eat all day, junk, chips, cheese, fat, etc.
I'm changing those habits, so if I have to stress eat now, it helps that the HCG makes me not hungry, but I'll also snack on veggies, fruits and grilled protein.
