Day 15

The official weight loss for week 2 was -6.4 lbs for a total weight loss of 16.2. I weighed in at 283.9 this week.

The meeting was fine - they had us sample the pudding and gave us a worksheet that would allow us to project our weight loss each week based on a few calculations.
One of the ladies at the meeting had me sample her soup - she'd mixed the parmesan chicken entree with the chicken soup, added mexican spices and threw it in the blender - it was good. When I got home last night I mixed the chicken creole with the soup and some calorie free gumbo spices - OMG, it was wonderful - it ended up makeing a great gumbo style soup.

I did not workout as much last week as I wanted - although I had both an extra long volleyball game & practice. My goal is to make it to the gym every morning this week - which I'm hoping will show a big loss.
