Day 3

Yesterday was easier - I was not nearly as hungry as the day before. As I mentioned before, I think the hunger was from it being around that time of the month for me, not the diet.

I stayed full all day and stayed busy, which helps avert me from wanting to snack or cheat. It's frustrating how many food advertizements there are on the roads & on TV. No wonder our society is obese, every block there's a picture of food or every other commercial is for some kind of junk/fast food.

Yesterday:
5:45 - workout - 11 min elliptical, 25 min weights (upper body)
7:00 - vanilla shake with fruit punch sugar free koolaid
7:45 - 24 oz water
9:20 - cereal (subs for a shake)
9:50 - 24 oz water
11:00 - Chocolate shake
Turkey Chili Entree
12 oz water
1:50 - Vanilla Shake w/ sugar free koolaid
3:00 - PB Bar
4:30 - Entree Lasagana
5:00 - Chocolate shake
24 oz water
8:00 - workout - Volleyball 1 hr
9:15 - 20 oz water

Totals: 5 shakes/cereal, 2 entree, 1 bar, 104 oz water, Calories burned 610

I had to eat early last night because my daughter had soccer practice and later I had a Volleyball game. Since the game was an hour and I played hard throughout the whole game, I took this morning off from working out. We're going to a fall festival this evening and will be running around at the park, so I'll still get exercise in today. Just taking it a little easy since I got 2 workouts yesterday and hurt all over this morning from the game.

I snuck a peek at the scale this morning, keeping in mind that it's a.m. and they weighted me on Tuesday in the p.m. It showed a 9 pound loss. I know it's water weight, but I'm only 2 pounds away from being under 290. As long as I stick to plan, I should be in the 280's when I weigh in on Tuesday.
