I've been so busy with work that I have not had a chance to update.
This week's been good, although I'm depressed that the scale has not bugged all week.
I've stayed on plan, 5 shakes a day, no cheating - lot's of water - lots of exercise - but it's literally sat on 283 all friggin week.
That's ok - I'm not giving in - I'll know the true weigh tomorrow at the meeting - just frustrating in the meantime.
This must be one of those slow weeks - which means that next week should be a big loss.
On the up side, I still feel great - feel better each day and the energy keeps increasing.
I'll update after my meeting tomorrow.

Dont give up, that is how it is sometimes and it will come. Just trus it and give it time..
