Day 28

Yesterday went well - 5 shakes, 2 entrees, 120 oz water and 1 hr yard labor.

The retaining wall in my backyard is coming along well - did lots of digging and laying stones yesterday after work. I ended up building an inset bench in the wall, almost finished, I just have not decided how exactly I want to seat part to look. Since I have my class tonight, I'll try to finish it tomorrow after work, then it's off to other projects. Something about the cooler weather always sparks me each year to take on big projects.

The scale this morning read 277, coming down. I'll know the true weight tonight when I go to the meeting tonight.

WOW - that wall sounds like lots of work!

Hey - I have been meaning to post a comment re your hip...but my internet has been wonky. You may have something like SI joint pain - I have it to and as I am loosing wt it is getting worse and worse - went to dr and he said low back pain is a side effect of loosing wieght fast - and anything more than a pound a week is considered fast - he said it is mechanical (and with me, it started with a sports injury, and is now aggrevated every so often) I have found chirpractic care really works - basically - especially since we are heavier and because we are loosing wt, our back gets out of line and this causes stress in the hip joint - an adjustment may help you.

Keep up your great work - you sure inspire me to stick with the program!
