Day 29

Official weight loss was 4.5 pounds for a grand total of 21.6 over the past 4 weeks. My weight at the time of weight-in was 278.5.

I really want to push these next 4 weeks to beat the 21 pounds, since I stalled in week 3. I plan to incorporate more exercise into my week by getting up early and working out again.

Earlier this year on my own I'd gotten down to 264, which had been my lighest in years - I want to be below 240 by the end of the year, atleast!
