Day 30

Can't believe it's been 30 day's that I've been doing this already. I kind of feel like I should be further along, but at the same time I think, wow, I lost almost 22 pounds in 4 weeks.

As I said before, I want November to be an even more successful month.
Yesterday went well - I was hungrier, so I added a couple of entrees "more is better" and made sure to get extra water in.
My mother-in-law picked my kiddo up from school so I got to have the house to myself for a hour and spent it working on the retaining wall and digging a path to the gate before it got too dark. The day-light savings has put a hamper on how much work I can do in the evenings.

We've got a 2 hour volleyball practice tonight, so although I did not get my lazy butt up this morning, that will be a great workout tonight. I've got some added stress in my life, until the 1st week in December. I've decided to go back to school to pursue my JD & take the bar. I'm taking the LSAT on 12/6 and am super worried about 2 of the sections on the test - the other sections I've been passing with flying colors on the practice tests - but still struggle with arguments and the logic games sections. So I'll be spending my evening over the next few weeks studying.

You are doing great!

My dr told me that around 30 days you hit a hunger hump...and once you get through you are fine - looks like you are doing GREAT.

You are an inspiration.

Good luck on your test - you will do great!!!! YA FOR YOU!
