Feeling better and slowly getting back to normal. My PA for all of last week was only 290 since I was sick, seems a little pathetic.
I did manage to lose 1.4, making my total weight loss 42.7 and current weight 257.4.
Slow, but I'm getting there. When I stop hacking up green stuff, I'll increase the PA and want to see a 5 pound loss next week.
I have not been home before 8 pm the last two nights because of either work or HMR - I plan on scooting out of here today at 4 (which is when I'm supposed to get off, but usually work later) and take care of some things at home. If my play works, I should finally be able to post some pictures.
Got an email from the volleyball team I played with last season - looks like they are trying to form a team again. I'm excited and enjoy playing. I should be alot better this season, since I'm 40 pounds lighter and my hip does not hurt regurally anymore - plus that add's in extra PA each week.

Feel better and keep up the good work. Congrats on hitting your milestone with breaking , and not running past 261.
