Yesterday was a moderate success - blasted Easter candy. I'm not a sweet eater, except for a couple of days each month, during a certain time.. which surprised me with a visit yesterday.
All is better today, the cravings have passed and I feel semi-normal - at least until this time again next month..
Today my diet has consisted of so far:
1 Bar
2 Shakes
1 Salad (counts as 2 veggies)
On a good start for the day. I have volleyball tonight, so should not have any trouble fitting in my PA.
I'll update tomorrow how everything went.
