Day 1 Down

Ended up being hungry this evening, but stuck to the plan & stuck with good stuff.

7am Shake
9am Shake
12pm Soup & Chicken Parmesan Entree
2pm Shake
5:30pm 2 Chocolate puddings & Savory chicken
7pm rice & broccoli
10pm mushroom risotto, rotel & chicken soup

114 oz water
2 cans coke zero soda

Hello!

I've managed to crawl out from under my rock and ordered more HMR shakes. I wanted to check in and see how you are doing? That foot looks terrible, but I am a big whimp!

Are you still doing the skakes or thinking of doing the shakes? I am about to get back on my horse and try again. I updated my blog (myinnerthin.com) but nothing much to report yet.
