The previous load days were fun. Eating everything in sight, and some of the fattiest foods possible. I gorged on pasta with a thick cream sauce, candy, hamburger, fajitas, chips, queso, hard cheese and hotwings. Needless to say, I gained 5 pounds in 2 days.
What I've noticed so far is interesting. Even after the 1st injection, I found it harder to eat. I did not want to eat as much, and by the 2nd injection I spent most of the day not hungry.
This was a nice change given that I'm typically hungry 24-7.
This morning I woke slightly hungry, and within minutes of my 3rd injection the felling subsided. This should make today's 500 calorie day doable.
The agenda for today is as follows:
Breakfast: Tea or coffee without sugar and cream, stevia may be used.
Lunch: 3.5 oz of either veal, beef, chicken, white fish, lobster, crab or shrimp
One veggie: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, radishes, cucumbers, asparagus or cabbage.
One breadstick (grissino) or melba toast
One Apple, orange, handful of strawberries or 1/2 a grapefruit
Dinner: Same as lunch, but use different protein.
So for today's eating pleasure, I am having tea for breakfast with Stevia and for lunch I'm having 3.5 oz of chicken breast and a large cucumber. I have not had a chance to grocery shop, so during lunch I'll pick up some fruit the melba toast.
Dinner is still to be decided.. either beef or fish from the freezer with a veggie. I'll track the calories each day to make sure I'm getting the required in. Per my doctor, I need between 500-800 each day.
The other big key is getting down the 2 liters of water each day.
