A stab at HCG, and back to the blog.

I started seeing an Alternative Medicine doctor a few months ago.. I call him my "Little Asian Witch Doctor". It's true Eastern medicine, with pressure points, homeopathic remedies, and even acupuncture.

A friend referred me to Dr. Tan, after she'd lost 70 pounds with his version of the HCG diet, and swore he cured all her other ill's before even starting on the weight loss.
Today was my 3rd appointment with him, and I'll start the HCG injunctions tomorrow.
My first appointment was so strange.. he'd touch a pressure point, and I'd lose all control of my arm. He's ask my body questions, and by pushing down on my arm, he could tell what the proper course of treatment was. Seemed like a scam, gimmick. fake, until he did cure many issues I was having, such as digestive issues, sleeping problems and chronic hip pain that had completely left me unable to walk more than 10 feet without crippling pain.

After 2 months of treatment using a cocktail of homeopathic drugs, digestive issues are gone, I sleep great, and the hip pain continues to diminish. It's not gone, but tolerable to the point that I climbed up to the top and back down Diamond Head volcano last week, in Hawaii. Not something I could have done 2 months ago.

Now that those issues are taken care of, he's ready to address the weight problem.
The treatment should last 35-40 days, and the HCG compound is made by a company called Rejuvi.
At my highest weight ever, I'm willing to try anything. Since I stopped blogging in Jan. 2010, I've broken and had major surgery on my right ankle, ruptured my left Achilles tendon twice, and went through two major surgeries for it as well. Needless to say, I spent the majority of 2 years unable to walk, and dealt with my drama by stuffing my face.

The diet follows what we've all read on the Internet. Three days of loading (basically gorging myself on junk/fatty food), then 37 days of the diet. Diet is basically 3.5 oz of protein with veggies and fruit two times a day. The calorie intake should come out to approx. 500 per day, although the doctor said I could do between 500-800 per day.

Don't know if this will work, but if it takes away my hunger and helps lose this weight, I'm willing to give it a shot. So far everything else my Which Doctor has done works... believe it or not.

Starting weight, 309.8
