The official weight loss for week 1 was -9.8 lbs. I weighed in at 290.3.
Not bad for one week.
Yesterday was my second day to go all day without any entrees, shakes only. I just was not that hungry, and since my stomach has been giving me fits due to other reasons, I did not want to put more in it than I had too.
I met with the nurse and doctor about the bowel issues - we're going to try to add some fiber pills in this week and see if that helps and they will decide where to go from there.
Yesterday was:
9:00 - shake
11:30 - shake, 32 oz water
2:45 - shake, 10 oz water
5:00 - soup (2pk subs for 1 shake)
8:00 - honeygram bar, shake, 24 oz water
10:00 - 10 oz water
Workout - 20 min walk
Totals, 5 shakes, 1 bar, 200 calories burned, 78 oz water

Great job and if you give shakes only a few days you will find out that it will speed things up and you will not be hungry.
